I opened a support ticket and did not receive any answer …

At Visual Composer, we have a dedicated support team that handles all support requests on business days. We have divisions for separate topics – general, account, technical, etc. Our average time for initial answer is less than 2 hours which is among highest in the industry. The technical questions can take a bit more time due to the investigation, nevertheless, always expect to receive an answer within 1 business day.

We always reply to tickets so there is no chance that your ticket was missed. The most common issue of not receiving the answer is due to your mailbox configuration which marks the email as a spam. So, if you can not find the answer to your support ticket:

  • Check the spam folder of your mailbox – it could be there;
  • Contact your email provider to adjust mailbox configuration (there are probably more important emails you have missed before.)
